2009 was a year that highlighted the importance of buying products from local, independent family farms, and a year that put a spotlight on the harmful practices of factory farming on our farm families, rural economies and the environment. From the dialogues created around the release of Food, Inc. to many more Americans caring where their food comes from, the “good food movement” is moving forward and you can be a part of it.

At MRCC, we know that we must not only hold our government accountable to the people and the democratic process, but we must also directly support independent family farmers. One way you can help is to “vote with your food dollars”. Search out family farmers in your communities, buy from grocery stores that source products locally and eat at restaurants that support local farmers.

If you love a juicy, easy to prepare ham with a sweet flavor and delicious smoked accent, choose our farm-fresh boneless ham. Each boneless ham is sugar-cured and smoked, and weighs between 10-14 pounds.

  • Come on in to pick up your order and choose from a large selection of additional Patchwork products for your own holiday meal. Please call ahead to have your order ready for pick-up or just stop by!

  • Orders can be picked up between 9am and 5pm, Monday, March 29 -- Thursday, April 1 or call to make other arrangements.
